Welcome to Light & Curves. By accessing or using this website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any services.

1. General Information

This website (lightandcurves.com) is operated by Light & Curves, a photography brand based in Chania, Crete, Greece. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Light & Curves.

2. Services and Bookings

All photography and video sessions are subject to prior agreement and availability. Prices are listed in Euro (€) and may change without notice until a booking is confirmed.

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a booking. Final payment terms will be communicated individually via email.

3. Use of Images

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Light & Curves reserves the right to use selected images from each session for portfolio, website, or social media purposes. Clients can request full privacy prior to the shoot.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

In case of cancellation, deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future session at the photographer’s discretion. Weather-related or emergency reschedules are handled flexibly.

5. Intellectual Property

All photographs, videos, and digital files created by Light & Curves remain the intellectual property of the photographer. Clients receive a usage license for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise agreed.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unforeseen circumstances such as technical failure, equipment malfunction, or force majeure events beyond our control.

7. Data Protection

Personal information collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with the EU GDPR standards for data protection.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Chania, Crete.
